Midnight Lust Publishing is the creation of erotic author Sable Collins. She writes mostly short story erotica in a number of different niches – dubcon, bimbo, interracial, lactation, monster, psuedoincest etc. The majority of her 200 plus book catalogue can be found on Smashwords. She occasionally writes under the pen name Eva West as well.

Sable Collins grew up in a small town in the Midwest. The kind of town you might drive through, but never stop in. The type of town where women read erotica, but only in secret. That’s why she left the first chance she could.

Before she started writing erotica, Collins graduated with a degree in Psychology, which she says only came in handy once she started writing.

After college, Collins worked a number of odd jobs – waitress, bookkeeper, virtual assistant – just to name a few.

She had always loved writing but always considered it a hobby. Writing spicy short stories was just a way to entertain herself. That was until a friend read a couple and encouraged her to publish them.

Reluctant at first, Collins eventually decided to take her friend’s advice. She became familiar with the world of self-publishing and saw the huge potential in it.

She began publishing a few short stories through Amazon and other platforms. In a little over a year, Collins was working full-time as an erotica author.

Never wanting to be labeled a one-trick pony, Collins has written in many different niches – dubcon, monster, lactation, cuckold, bimbofication, pseudoincest, etc. She has even written in more obscure niches under different pen names.

Collins has never been one to shy away from the taboo and grey areas when comes to erotica, which eventually led to a number of her books being banned during Amazon KDP’s “great purge” in 2018. In 2020, her KDP account was banned indefinitely. This led her to focus on other platforms and other interests.

Collins admits that she is nothing like a lot of the characters in her stories. She says her life is “boring and simple,” and that’s the way she likes it. You won’t find her on social media anymore, and she only writes now when the mood strikes her.
